Our Continuous Communication and Improvement (CCI) sessions offer the perfect platform for recognizing employee achievements and reinforcing positive behaviors.

Many times, in most of the Sessions, employees are caught for doing Wrong things, things which are not at par with the expectations of the Management, not at par with the Policies and SOPs, but at Eros Group, we believe and also follow that the good things always should get highlighted.  

 We have started CCI Sessions as a Platform for Employee Recognition,  and it also serve as a successful tool for Employee Collaboration.

 Our CCI sessions provide a regular forum for:

1. Feedback: Constructive feedback that highlights strengths and areas for growth, and also highlighting their Achievement and Improvement based on SMART KRAs

2. Coaching: Guidance and support to help employees achieve their goals.
