Eros General Agencies, recently witnessed a blissful, emotional and enlightening moments, when all the Staff gathered to say a tearful "ADIEU" to Mr Sujit Sanyal and Mr Sanjay Joshi, who, after completing 40 years with EROS Group, say a respectful Goodbye to the Service and started a new chapter of "After Retirement Life" 

On 30th of November, 2024, both of the retirees were picked up from their Residence and arrived at EGA. A Grand Welcome with showering and scattering of Floral Petals done from the Staff. 

EGA Staff has welcome both of them by offering Garland, presenting Bouquet, alongwith presenting a beautiful Collage, depicting their Journey with the Group. Director Shri Akhil Pande Jee and Shri Dewang Pande Jee presented them a Shawl, a Memento, a Shreefal and Sweets. 

 

Shri Akhil Pande Jee shared his thoughts and experience of the working style, dedication, determination and disciplined nature of Shri Sanyal Jee and Shri Joshi Jee. It was started with the Journey of Eros General Agencies, and transformation of a Small Showroom of Electronics items into a Bigger and then Biggest Furniture Mall of Central India and how, Mr. Sanyal and Mr Joshi has played a pivotal role by their contribution. A message from Shri Atul Pande Jee, Director, was also conveyed expressing well  wishes, well-being, good health and happy retirement life to both of them

In his Farewell speech, Mr. Sanyal, in a emotional mood, expressed Thanks to the entire Staff and shared his thoughts. Mr. Sanyal emphasized the need of working with Patience and dedication, and also working together as a Family. 

Mr. Joshi, also shared this thoughts and feelings, and how the culture of Eros Group helped himself in developing from a Trainee to an Experienced Service Incharge. 

EGA, Manish Nagar staff and others, also presented a Memento and Shawl to both of them.

The farewell was concluded, with Snacks and Cake, in a Sobbing but Happy Environment

Both the retirees were also dropped at home, curtesy Shri Anuj Pande Jee and Eros Hyundai Staff, for arranging 2 different vehicle for their Pickup and Drop.
