Celebrating the Spirit of India: 77th Republic Day at Eros

January 26, 2026, was a proud and momentous occasion as, we, the People of India, celebrated our 77th Republic Day, marking another year of democratic values and constitutional spirit. The Eros Group – Hingna Cluster and Butibori Cluster—came together to commemorate this national festival with enthusiasm, respect, and a deep sense of patriotism.

The celebrations at Eros Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Butibori, commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Shri Atul Pande Ji, Director, Eros Group of Companies, followed by the rendition of the National Anthem. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Shri Anup Chadak Ji, along with employees and their family members, all united in honoring India’s rich legacy and cultural diversity.


Addressing the gathering, Shri Atul Pande Ji reflected on the immense sacrifices made by India’s great leaders and freedom fighters, whose dedication and courage laid the foundation of a free and democratic nation. He emphasized the significance of the Indian Constitution as a guiding force shaped by these sacrifices and reminded everyone of their responsibility to uphold its ideals. He urged employees to imbibe the values of justice, equality, discipline, and unity, stressing that these principles are vital not only for nation-building but also for the continued growth and success of the organization.


At Hingna Cluster, Eros Furniture Pvt. Ltd., G-19, Hingna, the Republic Day celebrations began with the ceremonial flag hoisting by Shri S. N. Dutta Ji, in the presence of Shri Sahoo Ji, Shri Chauragade Ji, and Shri Joshi Ji. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the entire EFPL team, including staff and workers, who assembled to pay homage to the nation.


Similarly, Eros Metal Works, G-5, Hingna, also observed the occasion with dignity and pride. The flag was hoisted by Shri Parvez Jee, accompanied by  the complete EMW workforce, reaffirming their commitment to the core values of the Constitution and commitment and duties of every Citizen.


In his address, Shri Parvez Jee reflected on the journey of India since becoming a republic and highlighted the remarkable progress achieved over the years. He urged everyone to remain steadfast in upholding the principles of unity, integrity, and secularism, which form the foundation of the country.

The celebrations concluded on a joyful note with the distribution of snacks and sweets to all attendees..

The 77th Republic Day celebrations at Butibori and Hingna Cluster stood as a tribute to India’s glorious past and a reminder of the collective responsibility to safeguard its future. The events reflected the Eros Group’s commitment to nurturing unity, cultural values, and a strong sense of national pride among its employees.
